Fitness: Do I Have To? Yes!
Let’s talk about fitness, shall we?
I most definitely have a love/hate relationship with fitness as a whole! I know my body craves it, I know I need to do it, and I know I need to take care of myself for so many different reasons but more often than not I typically fall short.
When a new Netflix show comes out or when I have a million things to do, eating clean and getting my a** to the gym blows right out the window. It’s so easy to say, “oh I’ll just go tomorrow” amirite?
I’m going to be transparent with you. I don’t like what I see in the mirror and I haven’t for a long time. But let me be clear, I don’t hate my body or myself; I simply understand that there is room for improvement.
And the time for improvement is now! I have about 7 weeks until I go on my very first vacation with my man (a Caribbean cruise) and I want - no need - to be in great shape! To get there I’ve set up some specific goals for myself:
1. Complete every workout of the Gabby Gains Guide Vol. 2
2. Add in yoga and cardio 4 times a week to my weekly fitness routine
3. Lose at minimum 20 pounds & 10% body fat
4. Stick to my Keto diet the entire 7 weeks leading up to the cruise
It’s aggressive, but I know I can do it. I know these things will help me reach my goal! Or at least get me close to it. If you have any fitness goals of your own that you want to smash, let’s do it together!
